users through the Encore Customer Support Center. You can look for answers through the online knowledgebase, ask a technical or
order support question. It is helpful to have the following
information handy when you use the support center:
- Serial number for your program
- Your computer's operating system
- Make and model of your computer
- Video card manufacturer and model
- Video card driver and version
- Video RAM information
- Display settings, including hardware and acceleration
