Bay signed on with Punch! Software after eleven years with California-based Ingram Micro, Inc., a Fortune 500 company that is the world’s largest technology distributor. In his position as Senior Vice President he had Executive Management responsibilities for over 250 people in North America including purchasing, vendor relationships, business development, category management, vendor marketing, and the components business unit. This included being accountable for inventory assets to support over $12 billion in sales, over 800 North American vendor relationships and a multi-million dollar operating budget.
Together with a knowledge of retail, internet, SMB, commercial, corporate and vendor markets, Bay brings Punch! Software considerable skills in management of strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational refinement. In addition he has assembled an exceptionally talented executive team in finance, marketing, and product design. Bay and his staff are focused on expanding Punch! Software's innovative leadership in precision home design software to a worldwide market.
Ken Beermann, Chief Financial Officer
In his capacity as Chief Financial Officer of Punch! Software, Ken Beermann is responsible for contract, tax, and audit obligations, technical support, risk management, financial reporting, contract negotiations with international partners, and the operational flow between these functions and other departments within the company. In addition, Beermann's experience in international business is an integral part of Punch! Software's intended growth in overseas markets. Since coming to Punch! Software in January of 2005, Beermann has overseen developments in finance, tax strategy, organization, divisional reporting, and technical support that have augmented Punch! Software's expansion from home design software to include the CAD precision software markets.

Prior to joining Punch! Software, Beermann served as International Accounting and Tax Manager for Bushnell Performance Optics, a $300 million industry leader in high performance sports optics. In this capacity, Beermann relocated to Paris to manage international subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, and Hong Kong. His duties included annual global financial planning and reporting, coordination of global market tax strategies, and foreign exchange rate risk management.
Craig Birmingham, Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales for Punch! Software, Craig Birmingham oversees Punch!'s North American retail, internet, and professional markets. His expertise with brick and mortar retailers, e-tail accounts, enterprise, direct markets, value-added resellers, government and education resellers, and small to medium business channels is founded on his years of experience in the wholesale information technology industry.

Birmingham joined Punch! Software in 2006, bringing nineteen years of experience in IT channel sales, business plan development, and personnel management. Birmingham joined Punch! from Ingram Micro, where his last role was as Director of Sales of Ingram's Pacific Northwest VAR region, a market that generated $400 million in sales annually. During his first year in this position, this market generated a revenue growth of 13%. Previously, Birmingham served for eleven years as Ingram Micro's Senior Account Executive DCC Sales Division, where he managed Ingram Micro's largest reseller account, CompUSA. During his tenure, Birmingham developed an exclusive regional training and marketing program that generated 24% incremental year-over-year profitable growth for CompUSA's Business Services segment.
Tim Olson, Vice President of CAD Development
As Vice President of CAD Development, Tim Olson oversees Punch! Software's development process of CAD products for the retail and commercial markets. Under Olson's design management, Punch! Software has launched a new line of CAD products that combines the innovation and technical precision required by professionals with the ease of use needed by consumers. Olson joined Punch! Software when Punch! acquired CADSoft Solutions in 2006. As former president of CADSoft, Olson believes the acquisition is a unique opportunity for both companies, combining the CAD precision software design team of CSI with the dominant market force of Punch! in home design software.
